硬岩巷道掘进中深孔爆破参数研究

【摘要】 中深孔掘进爆破技术可减少循环转换过程中的各种辅助作业时间,提高单循环进尺,被认为是加快掘进速度最为有效的技术手段之一。而合理的硬岩巷道中深孔掘进爆破参数则一直是需要研究解决的技术难题。根据现场坚硬岩石性质和施工条件,对炮眼布置和炮眼深度、掏槽爆破和光面爆破参数、装药结构和炸药单耗、起爆方式和起爆顺序等技术问题应认真理论分析和现场试验研究。
【Abstract】 Medium deep blasting technology is considered as one of the most effectual technology in pick up driving speed for it can reduce subsidiary operation time in many kinds of loop function,induce the footage of single-cycle.But appropriate the blasting parameters of medium deep blasting in hard rock tunnel is always a technical problem need to be solved.According to character of hard rock and construction condition of the field,in this paper we analysis the technical problems in theoretical and did experimental investigation in the field,such as hole setting,hole depth,cutting blasting,smooth blasting parameters,charge structure,power factor,detonation fashion and so on
