【摘要】 目的：评价奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法：用奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症36例,疗程8周,用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及副反应。结果：完成8周治疗的36例首发精神分裂症患者,疗效：痊愈15例(41．7%)显著进步12例(33．3%)、进步6例(16．7%)、无效3例(8．3%),总有效率为91．7%：副作用轻微,无明显心血管系统的不良反应。结论：奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症安全有效,值得在临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To determine the efficacy and safety of olanzapine in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia, Method:36 patients with first episode schizophrenia were treated with olanzapine for 8 weeks,and assessed with PANSS and TESS for the efficacy and safety.Results:Of 36 cases who completed the 8 weeks treatment,15 cases(41.7%)were cured,12 cases(333%)were significantly improved,6cases(16.7%)improved and 3 cases(8.3%)had no response.Total effective rate was 91.7%,with mild effect and obvious cardiovascular side effect.Conclusions:The study suggests tha to lanzapine is asafe,effective agent in the treat- ment of first episode schizophrenia.更多还原
