【摘要】 目的:观察心包留置导管持续引流并注入铂类药物治疗恶性心包积液的疗效。方法:32例患者,随机分为A、 B两组,A组为经皮穿刺将导管置入心包腔内持续引流,B组常规穿刺抽液不留管,两组心包内都注入顺铂。结果:A组 18例中有效率(CR+PR)88．9％。B组14例中有效率57．1％。两组比较差异有显著性(p<0．05)。结论:心包腔留置导管引流治疗恶性心包积液安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of percutaneous pericardial drainage with indwelling catheter and injecting medication of Bo treating malign hydropericardium. Methods: 32 patients with? malign hydropericardium were randomly classified into A and B groups, A group of percutaneous pericardial drainage with indwelling catheter, B group of percutaneous pericardial drainage without catheter,2 groups patients were injecting Shun Bo. Results: The effective rate of 18 patients(CR and PR) was 88.9% in A group. The effective rate of 14 patients was 57.1% in B group, the significant difference was p < 0.05 between A and B groups. Conclusion: Percutaneous indwelling catheter pericardiocentesis is an effeetve and safe way in management of patients with malign hydropericardium.更多还原
