CT导引下经皮肺穿刺对于肺部疾病的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的:探讨C T导引下经皮肺穿刺活检技术对于肺部疾病的诊断价值。方法:对380例肺内病变进行C T导引下经皮肺穿刺活检,并对资料进行回顾性分析。结果:880例病人中,穿刺成功率100％,病理组织学检查符合率为96．6％,细胞学检查符合率为76％,并发症发生率3．1％。结论:C T导引下经皮肺穿刺活检术对肺内病变的定性诊断具有较高的有效性和安全性,可以为临床诊治提供了比较充分的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: We demonstrated the applicant value of the transderma centisis to thoracic neoplasms by the introduction of CT. Methods: We analyzed the data of 380 patients whose neoplsams had pathological diagnosis or cytological diagnosis by transderma centisis. Results: In the patients, the completive rate of the transderma centisis was 100% , the accuracy of the pathological examination was 96.6% and the accuracy of the cytological examination was 76%. Conclusion: the transderma centisis to thoracic neoplasms by the introduction of CT is an effective and safe diagnostic methods, which can provide abundant foundations for clinical diagnosis and therapy.更多还原
