黄芩甙对C6胶质瘤p53和bcl-2蛋白表达的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究黄芩甙对C6胶质瘤p53和bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。方法:应用免疫组化法检测C6细胞和C6细胞瘤中黄芩甙对p53蛋白和bcl-2蛋白的表达作用。结果:免疫组化见C6细胞和C6细胞瘤中均存在p53高表达和bcl- 2高表达,黄芩甙可下调p53(突变型)蛋白表达,而对bcl- 2蛋白的表达无作用。结论:黄芩甙可通过下调p53蛋白的表达诱导C6细胞的凋亡,提示黄芩甙有希望用于胶质瘤患者的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Baicalin on p53 protein and bcl-2 protein in C6 cell1 and C6 rat glioma model. Methods: To investigate the effect of effect of Baicalin on p53 protein and bcl-2 protein in C6 cell1 and C6 rat glioma model by immunohistochemistry assay. Results: The overexpression of mutant P53 protein and Bcl-2 protein was involved in C6 cell and Baicalin could down-regulate mutant p53 protein, but not down-regulate bcl-2 protein. Baicalin could inhibit the expression of p53 of C6 rat glioma and not to bcl-2 protein also. Conclusion: Baicalin induced apoptosis of C6 cell1 and C6 rat glioma by down-regulated mutant p53 protein. The evidence is Baicalin may be considered for clinical trial on glioma patient.更多还原
