【摘要】 目的:探讨NHL患者和正常人中CYP3A和GSTM1 基因型的多态性分布,将有助于研究肿瘤病因,环境有害物质和机体相互作用,以及药物代谢。方法:收集90例NHL 患者和120例正常人外周静脉血,提取DNA,以聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术作CYP3A和GSTM1的等位基因型分析。结果:NHL患者CYP3A突变基因频率为36．82％,GSTM1缺失基因频率为53．64%,与正常人两种基因型的分布频率(38． 76％和51．82％)没有显著差别。NHL患者两种代谢酶基因多态性在肿瘤发生部位,临床分期,病理类型等混杂因素中的频率差异均无显著性。结论:CYP3A和GSTM1基因存在多态性,NHL患者CYP3A突变基因频率和GSTM1缺失基因频率与正常人无显著差异,呈均一分布。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the distributive features of metabolic enzymes CYP3A and GSTMl in NHL patients and healthy individuals. This may be helpful for the study of cancer etiology ,interaction between environmental toxic agents and organism, and metabolism of drugs. Methods: To collect the peripheral blood samples of 90 NHL patients and 120 age and gender matched healthy individuals.DNA was extracted and CYP3A and GSTMl genotypes were analyzed using the PCR procedure. Results: In NHL patients, the frequencies of CYP3A mutation and GSTMl null genotype were 36.82% and 53.64 % , respectively. No significant differences were detected between healthy individuals (38.76% and 51.82% , respectively). In NHL patients, Frequencies of CYP3A and GSTMl polymorphisms had no significant differences among confounding factors, such as occurring part, clinical stages, pathological stages etc. Conclusion: There are Genetic polymorphisms of CYP3A and GSTMl in NHL patients. No significant differences were detected between NHL patients and healthy individuals in the frequencies of CYP3A mutation and GSTM1 null genotype. The genetic polymorphism distribution of CYP3A and GSTM1 genes is proved to be homogenous.更多还原
