【摘要】 目的:探讨直肠平滑肌肉瘤的诊治方法及误诊原因。方法:对8例直肠平滑肌肉瘤的临床资料进行分析。结果:8 例3例术前确诊,误诊率较高,本病行根治性切除较其他术式中位生存时间长,局部复发率低。结论:直肠平滑肌肉瘤误诊率较高,肠镜、钡灌肠、CT等有助干诊断。有效治疗方法是手术治疗,首选Miles术．更多还原
