【摘要】 目的:评价紫杉醇(Taxol)联合希罗达(Xeloda)治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒性反应。方法:经病理证实的老年晚期胃癌25例,紫杉醇75mg／m2,静滴3 h,每周一次,连用2周,希罗达2000m2／d,连用14天,以上化疗方案每3周重复,2周期后评定疗效。结果:可评价疗效者21例, 无完全缓解(CR)患者,部分缓解(PR)10例,占47．6％,稳定(SD)5例占(23．8％),进展(PD)6例,占28．5％,总有效率(CR+PR)为47．6％。中位肿瘤进展期5．6个月,中位生存期8．9个月。主要副反应为骨髓抑制18例(85．7％),脱发 15例(71．4％),腹泻10例(47．6％),肌肉关节痛5例(23．8％) 等。其中Ⅲ度毒性发生率6例(28．5％),无治疗相关性死亡。结论:紫杉醇联合希罗达治疗老年晚期胃癌患者有效率较高, 毒副反应可耐受,是老年晚期胃癌较理想的化疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Taxol combined with Xeloda chemotherapy in the treatment of 25 elder Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer(AGC). Methods: Twenty-five elder patients with AGC were treated. The treatment schedule was Paclitaxel 75 mg/ m2 for 3 hours on days 1, 8 were administered by intravenous infusion and Xeloda by oral administration for 14 days. Cycles was repeated for 21days. Results: Twenty-one patients were evaluated for clinical response. There was no complete response, PR 10 (47.6 %), SD 5 (23.8 %), PD 6 (28.5%). The total response rate was 47. 6%. Median time to progression (mTTP) was 5.6 months and median overall survival time was 8.9 months. The main side effects were suppression of bone marrow in 18 patients (85. 7%), alopecia in 15(71. 4 %), diarrhea in 10 (47.6%),myodynia and arthrodynia in 5 (23.8 %). All III dgree side effects was 28.5%.There was no death during the treatment Conclusion: Taxol combined with Xeloda chemotherapy is an effective and well tolerated regimen in the treatment of elder AGC .
