【摘要】 目的:评价机械吻合在全胃切除后消化道重建中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析56例胃癌患者全胃切除后应用管状吻合器吻合进行消化道重建的临床资料。结果:本组每例手术时间为70～180 min,平均手术时间90．5 min。无手术死亡。术后无一例发生吻合口瘘(食管空肠吻合处),4 例发生吻合口溃疡,2例发生吻合口狭窄,无吻合口瘘发生。吻合口狭窄率为3．57％,吻合口溃疡发生率为7．10％。结论: 全机械吻合在全胃切除中具有操作简便、安全可靠、疗效确切,可缩短手术时间,减少术后吻合口瘘及吻合口狭窄率等优点,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of circular stapler in gastrointestinal reconstuction?after total gastrectomy. Methods: The data of 56 gastric carcinoma cases who were treated with the circular staple in gastrointestinal reconstuction after total gastrectomy were studied retrospectively. Results: The average time of op- eration was 90.5 minutes, the incidence rate nastomotic leakage was zero, and the rate of nastorn otic stenostomia was 3.57% and the rate ulcer was 7.10%.Conclusion: Stapler can be used safely and reliably in gastric carcinoma and the stapled anastomosis is an effective technique to reduce the incidence of nastcmotic leakage and stenostomia and should be popularized.更多还原
