【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌手术前后血小板参数及凝血功能变化对病情发展的临床意义。方法:用全自动血球计数仪 SF-3000以及德国PE公司凝血仪检查80例乳腺癌和80例良性乳腺疾病患者术前及术后全血以及凝血功能各四次,比较结果。结果:乳腺癌患者术前组PLT、MPV与对照组无差异(p>0．05)而与术后组有显著性差异(p<0．05), PDW无显著性差异(p>0．05),而术后组与对照组PLT、 MPV有显著性差异(p<0．05),而PET及PDW无显著性差异(p>0．05),乳癌手术前后凝血酶原时间(PT)无差异 (p>0．05),而纤维蛋白原含量(FiB)术后明显高于术前 (p<0．05),活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)术后明显低于术前(p<0．05)。结论:动态观察乳腺癌手术前后血小板参数可能作为一个新的预后因子,而动态观察乳腺癌手术前后凝血功能变化可作为判断患者病情变化及疗效评价的参考指标,对于防治乳腺癌具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the significance of blood platelet and prothrombin time (PT), active partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and fibrinogen content( FiB) in postoperative patients with breast carcinoma. Methods: PLT of 80 patients with breast carcinoma and 80 patients with benign breast disease were examined with automated hematology analyzers SF-3000 and PT, APTT and FiB were examined with German PE automated coagulation analyzer at preoperation and postoperation. Results: Breast carcinoma at preoperation group compare with control group,results of PLT, MPV were no significant change ( P > 0.05 ),but at postoperation group, there were significant change( P <0. 05), result of PDW was no significant change ( P > 0.05 ), postoperation group compare with control group, results of PLT, MPV were significant change( P <0.05), but PCT , PDW were no significant change ( P > 0.05 ), The PT was no significantly change at preoperation and postoperation ( P > 0.05 X Fbg content at postoperation was significantly higher than that at preoperation ( P <0.05). The APTT at postoperation was significant lower than that at preoperation( P <0.05). Conclusion: PLT maybe a new prognostic factor of breast carcinoma, blood prothrombin time ,fibrinogen content maybe play a important role in patients with breast carcinoma at preoperation and postoperation.
