【摘要】 目的:对180例女性乳腺癌患者乳头及乳晕区浸润情况进行观察。方法:采用整个乳头及乳晕区全部取材病检方法检出乳头及乳晕区浸润者29例,总阳性率16．1％,结果:其中I期乳腺癌受浸率6．9％,Ⅱ期l 2．6％,Ⅲ期 30．4％。观察肿瘤期别、肿瘤位置、乳头大体表现等特征与乳头乳晕受累的密切关系。肿瘤期别与乳头乳晕受累成正比 (P<0．05)。肿瘤位置距头越近,乳头受累机率越大(P< 0．01)。乳头大体表现一旦异常,镜下多有浸润。结论:严格掌握保留乳头乳晕的适应症条件。乳腺癌保留乳房成型术能更加安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe 180 case of nipple-areolar involvement in breast cancer. Methods: To cut off whole nipple-areolar complex and the sample cut down in slice continuously. Results: It was 6.9% for stage I disease ,12.6% for stage II and 30.4% for stage III.Greater frequency of nipple-areolar involvement occurred at advance of stage ,proximity of lesion to the nipple-areolar and central location of the breast. Conclusion: If we stringent control the standard in reservation of breast .The patients suffering from breast cancer will be safely more and more.更多还原
