【摘要】 目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1 α(hypoxia-inducible factor—1 alpha,HIF—1 α)表达与鼻咽癌(NPC)临床及预后的相关性。方法:对2000年4月-2002年4月收治的经病理明确诊断、完成根治性放疗、随访3年以上的97例NPC放射治疗前活检标本(经病理证实均为低分化鳞癌),应用免疫组织化学染色二步法检测HIF-1 α在NPC组织中的表达情况, 并分析HIF-1 α的表达与NPC分期、颈部淋巴结转移、生存率、远处转移和复发之间的关系。结果:NPC组织中HIF- 1 α表达率为56．71％。HIF-1 α表达与鼻咽癌的NPC分期、颈淋巴结转移、3年生存率、远处转移及复发倾向有密切关系。结论:HIF-1 α表达对判断鼻咽癌病变进展、预测颈部淋巴结转移的出现趋势、转移复发有指导意义,是评估预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship of the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1 α) with the nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)prognosis. Methods: The expression of HIF-1 α of 97 NPC patients histological specimen were examined by immunohistochemistory staining before radiotherapy. The 97 patients were treated between 2000-2002, with their pathological diagnosis definite, complishing the whole radiotherapy and being revisited over 3 years. The relationship was studied between the expression of HIF-1 α in NPC tissues with clinical stagement of NPC, radiosensitivity of tumor, survival rate of patients, rdapse end metastasises of carcinoma. Results: The positive rate of HIF-1 α was 56.71%. The clinical stage, metastatic potential of lymph nodes and poor sensitivity to radiotherapy were correlated with expression activity of HIF-1 α. The patients with positive HIF-1 α expression had worse prognosis than those with negative HIF-1 α expression. Conclusion: The hjgh level expression of HIF-1 α may be associated with the tumor developing and poor prognosis of NPC.更多还原
