【摘要】 目的:探索Survivin在正常乳腺组织、一般增生、不典型增生及乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,同时探讨其与突变型P53基因表达的相关性。方法: 用免疫组化法检测36例乳腺癌组织、乳腺增生组织30例及正常乳腺组织7例中的 Survivin和P53的表达。结果:在正常乳腺组织→一般增生→不典型增生→乳腺癌的发展过程中,Survivin及P53阳性表达率随乳腺组织增生程度的加重而升高,两者的表达与乳腺癌的组织类型、临床分期和淋巴结转移状况无显著相关。 Survivin在P53阳性的乳腺癌组织中的表达率为100％,明显高于P53阴性组。结论:Survivin蛋白的异常表达与乳腺癌的发生与发展密切相关,Survivin蛋白表达与P53基因突变显著相关,两者可能通过某种作用共同参与乳腺癌的发生与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To detected the expression of surviving in normal breast tissue, simple hyperplasia, laryngeal atypical hyperplasia and breast carcinoma and the relationship of expression between survivin and P53. Method: We detected the expression of surviving in 7 cases of normal breast tissue , 30 cases of hyperplasia and 36 cases of breast carcinoma by using ABC immunohisto-chemical method. Result: In the proceeding of breast cancer (normal breast tissue → simple hyperplasia → laryngeal stypical hyperplasia→breast carcinoma), The positive expression rate of Survivin and P53 gene increased with the aggravation of breast hyperplasia.Their expressions are both not significantly correlated with the type of histology, clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis in breast cancer. The positive expression rate of survivin in P53-positive group was 100%,it was signiflcantly higher than that in P53-negative group. Conclusion: The expression of Survivin is closely correlated with the carcinogensis and the development of breast cancer. The function of survivin gene was closely correlated with the mutation of P53 gene in breast cancer. They may take part in the carcinogen-esis and progress of breast cancer together by certain interaction with each other.更多还原
