【摘要】 窦性组织细胞增生伴巨大淋巴结肿为一种罕见的良性全身性组织细胞增生性病变,迄今报道不足500例。其常表现为头颈部局灶性瘤样病变伴有颈部多发肿大的淋巴结而易被误诊为头颈部癌伴淋巴结转移。本文报道了一例男性病例经保守性手术切除辅以皮质激素治疗而痊愈,随访28个月无复发。对相关文献进行了复习。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sinus Histiocytosis with Massive Lymphad-enopathy( SHML) is also named Rosai-Dorfman disease( RDD), is a rare benign general histocytosic disorder which has been reported less than 500cases all over the world up till now. Its clinical appearances include the regional tumor-like lesion on the head and neck and multiple cervical lymphadenopathy, which may be diagnosed as a malignancy with lymphatic metastasis by mistake. A male case was reported, whom was treated conservative surgical dissection accompanying with cortisone. After 2 years following up, no recurrence has been found and he has been able to live and work normally. The relative literature was reviewed.更多还原
