【摘要】 我院自1975年起对直肠癌外科治疗进行系列研究,取得了一定的效果,总结如下: 1 直肠癌扩大根治术及其疗效二十年来,我院将直癌扩大根治术作为标准术式,手术治疗直肠癌1727例,其中扩大根治术 883例,一般根治术322例,姑息切除术522例,扩大根治术五年及十年生存率分别达68％及 47％,明显高于其它术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of studies had been performed for surgical treatment of rectal carcinoma from 1975 and the efficacy improved obviously. 1.Extended surgery and its efficacy. From 1975, 1 727 cases with rectal cancer underwent surgery in our hospital. Of these patients 883 underwent extended surgery, 322 were subjected to conventional surgery, and 522 had palliative resection. The 5—year and 10—year survival rate was 68％ and 47％, respectively.更多还原
