【摘要】 <正>Tumour necrois factor-α(TNF-α)is a multifunctional cytokine that plays critical roles in infection,inflammation and immune regulation.However,if the production is excessive or in wrong time and place,TNF-α may cause many human diseases,such as sepsis,cerebral malaria,diabetes,cancer,osteoporosis,and autoimmune diseases. Therefore,blocking the activity of excessive TNF-α has become an effective therapeutic strategy for these diseases.更多还原
