【Abstract】 Improved Dry-column flash chromatography and applied to isolate and purify some fractions from Isatis finctoria L.-Ban Lan Gen-a traditional Chinese medicine.Using Dry-column flash chromatography, activated charcoal as adsorbent,to isolate and purify some fractions from lsatis tinctoria L.Some fractions were isolated from Isatis tinctoria L.and two single spots were performed on the TLC.The Dry-column flash chromatography of activated charcoal is a more simple and faster method in isolation and purification.更多还原
