双连续微乳液中草酸钙晶体的成核生长
Nucleation and Growth of Calcium Oxalate Crystal in Bicontinuous Microemulsions

【摘要】 文章采用聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)/正戊醇/环己烷/水所形成的双连续微乳液中的微水管道作为模板,合成了针状和蝴蝶状的-水合草酸钙(COM)晶体。向该微乳体系中引入一定浓度的天冬氨酸(Asp) 后,COM晶体的形貌有较大的改变。随微水相pH值的变化,微乳液中产生了空心球、实心球和刺状球等多种形态的COM晶体,且这些晶体优先生长的方向也有所区别。可见不同的微乳液中两亲分子、Asp的极性基团对草酸钙晶体的成核生长调控作用有差异。
【Abstract】 The authors studied the growth characteristics of calcium oxalate (CaC2O4 ) crystal in water channels of three kinds of bicontinuous microemulsions, consisting of P-octyl polyethylene glycol phcnylether (OP)/n-amyl alcohol/cyclohexane/water, and the above microemulsions containing aspartic acid (Asp) with different pH values. The products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicated that the aqueous conduits of microemulsion, Asp and pH value of the aqueous solution all could affect the calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) crystal nucleation and growth, and the morphologies of COM crystal changed accordingly with the microemulsions and the pH value of the aqueous solution in channels. Needle, butterfly-like forms, and solid, hollow and spiny sphere shapes could be observed easily.
