FTIR在司法鉴定中的作用研究

【摘要】 为了直接准确地鉴定微量物证,文章采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪并借助OMNI采样器直接测定种仁及种皮样品及其相似或疑似物的傅里叶变换红外光谱。结果从傅里叶变换红外光谱的吸收峰外貌初步判断出微量物证为胡桃仁及种皮,采用主成分分析结果表明可以采用FTIR法直接、快速、准确地对植物的微量种仁及种皮进行区别鉴定。
【Abstract】 The present paper uses Fourier transform infrared spectrometer with OMNI sampler to identify sample’s kernel and seed coats and their doubtful matters, such as kernels and seed coats of Castanea Mollissima Blume, Juglan.s regia Linn, and Carya cathayensis Sarg. The results showed a little material evidence for kernels and seed coats of Jugians regia Linn, determined from absorbance color of FTIR. Principal component analysis (PCA) revealed that FTIR spectroscopy can be directly used to distinguish little kernels and seed coats from their doubtful matters.
