【摘要】 分别用不同浓度的湛江叉鞭金藻、亚心形扁藻及盐生杜氏藻投喂波部东风螺面盘幼虫来研究藻类及其浓度对其幼虫生长发育的影响。结果表明幼虫对三种藻类均能够摄食,摄食金藻和扁藻的幼虫都能够较快地生长,最大生长速度分别可达到35．72μm·d^-1(25×10⁴cells·mL^-1)和 36．94μm·d^-1(9×10⁴cells·mL^-1),但摄食盐藻的幼虫却生长的比较慢。投喂盐藻的幼虫均在没有变态之前就全部死亡,而投喂金藻和扁藻的幼虫组,除金藻浓度1×10⁴cells·mL^-1组外,其他各组都有变态个体出现。但投喂扁藻的幼虫组,幼虫的存活率和变态率均不高,二者最高的只有 23．5％和19．5％,而投喂金藻的幼虫组,却可达到51％和49．5％。三种藻类相比较,湛江叉鞭金藻是波部东风螺面盘幼虫的最佳饵料,且适宜浓度为（15～25）×10⁴cells·mL^-1。更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine effects of algae and their concentrations on veligers of Babylonia formosae habei,larvae were fed with different concentrations of algae Dicratelia zhanjiangensis,Platymonas subcordiformis and DunalieUa tertiolecta,respectively.Though the larvae were able to ingest three algae,growths were faster with D.zhanjiangensis and P.subcordiformis and slower with D.Tertiolecta.The best rate of larval growth per day was 35.72μm with D.Zhanjiangensis(25×10⁴cells·mL^-1)and 36.94μm with P.Subcordiformis(9×10⁴cells ·mL^-1),respectively.All larvae fed D.Tertiolecta were dead during precompetent metamorphosis period.How- ever,metamorphic larvae were all observed with D.zhanjiangensis(except 1×10⁴cells·mL^-1)and P.Subcordi- formis.Though the highest rate of larval survival and metamorphosis in experiments with D.zhanjiangensis(25× 10⁴cells·mL^-1)was up to 50% and 47.5%,there was only 23.5% and 19.596 with P.subcordiformis(9× 10⁴cells·mL^-1).Compared three algae,D.zhanjiangensis was the optimum food for veliger of Babylonia for- mosae habei,and the suitable concentration ranges from 15×10⁴cells·mL^-1to 25×10⁴cells·mL^-1更多还原
