填料技术在氨精馏中的工业应用
Industrial application of packing technology in ammonia distillation

【摘要】 蒸氨精馏塔是合成氨工艺的核心设备,本文以某年产200 kt合成氨工程项目为例,分析了氨水精馏法制取液氨的工艺流程特点,通过采用天津大学新型塔内件以及填料技术对其氨水精馏工艺进行了改造设计, 解决了液氨回收率低和能耗高的问题。并用ProⅡ软件对蒸氨精馏塔的塔内流体力学以及填料水力学进行了模拟验证。
【Abstract】 The ammonia distillation tower is the key equipment for the synthetic ammonia craft. Taking the 200 kta synthetic ammonia production project as an example, this paper tends to shed light on the process characteristics of the ammonia water distillation method. By using the new tower internals as well as the packing technology of Tianjin University, the design of the ammonia water distillation process was improved. Also the problems of the low recycling rate of liquid ammonia and the high energy-consumption can be readily resolved. With the help of the ProⅡ software, a simulation test was conducted on the inner tower hydrodynamics of the ammonia distillation tower as well as the packing hydraulics.
