新型塔板技术在640 kt/a乙烯装置汽油分馏塔中的应用

【摘要】 针对茂名640 kt/a乙烯装置汽油急冷生产要求和特点,开发了大型乙烯装置汽油分馏塔新型塔板技术, 包括舌形固阀技术,变截面变孔径管式分布器和溢流式槽式液体分布器的液体分布技术、捕液吸能环形折返流气体分布器的气体分布技术,一托二双效桁架支撑梁技术等。此技术应用于茂名640 kt/a乙烯装置汽油分馏塔后, 各项主要控制指标均达到设计值,完全满足乙烯生产要求。装置运行平稳,抗风险能力提高,经济效益得到了很大的提高。
【Abstract】 A new tray technology for gasoline fractionator in a large-scale ethylene unit was developed. After its industrial application in 640kt/a ethylene plant of Maoming Branch Company, Sinopec, the main control parameter of the gasoline fractionator were consistent with the designed values. The gasoline fractionator was operating stably, with higher anti-risk capacity. Accordingly higher economic benefit was achieved
