从噪声到信息-声发射技术在化工过程中的应用

【摘要】 概述了声发射检测技术的基本原理、数据流程及设备组成,并利用三个声发射技术在化工过程中的应用来具体说明声发射技术已经在实现精确测量、监控设备状态以及感知物质的物理化学变化等多个领域发挥出不可替代的作用。

【Abstract】 Acoustic emission (AE) has been used in many applications in the field of chemical engineering processes. This article has summarized the basic principles of the AE techniques, and also expatiate upon the generic data path flow-sheet and the common form of the equipment which may have several kinds of ways to constitute for different purposes. Here we give three major examples of the use of applied acoustic emission techniques·non-invasive measuring of pneumatic gas/particle transportation, monitoring of catalyst automatic feed unit pipe and locating the dew point under the condensation mode in gas/solid fluidized beds. Acoustic measurement techniques are being developed to measure precisely, monitor the state of equipment and the physicochemical changes within chemical engineering processes.
