喷雾碰壁蒸发的实验

【摘要】 在低质量流量和低表面过热度条件下,用全锥型实心喷嘴进行喷雾碰壁蒸发实验研究,得出喷嘴在不同流量和喷雾距离情况下,热流密度,壁温和换热系数之间的关系。实验发现,在无沸腾阶段换热系数与热流密度之间基本保持线性关系,当壁温达到110℃左右时,随着热流密度的增加,壁温上升变得非常缓慢,表明此时加热表面上喷雾工质充分蒸发,换热效果理想。
【Abstract】 Experiments were conducted for the impinging evaporation of water spray on a stainless steel surface with low superheat temperatures. The relation between the heat flux, surface temperature and hat transfer coefficient was founded at different spay mass fluxes and spay distances. The experimental results showed that the heat transfer coefficient was proportional to heat flux in no-boiling region. However, if the surface temperature reached about 110℃, the surface temperature rose very slowly when the heat flux further increased, which means that the impinging water droplets can well evaporate and a good heat transfer can be achieved.
