精馏塔负荷性能图分析技术新发展

【摘要】 系统介绍了按照流体力学极限和传质操作限制来构造精馏塔负荷性能图的方法。提出了适用于进料条件全面变化的可行稳定城分析方法,将塔板负荷性能图分析由一条线拓展到一个面;首次以平衡级离散填料床的方法构造了填料塔的负荷性能图;推荐以降液管入口液速作为负荷性能图的横坐标,不仅统一了塔板负荷性能图的纵、横坐标单位,也为塔板/填料混合型精馏塔实现全塔分析奠定基础。在此基础上提出了全塔负荷性能图的新分析方法,将精馏塔的分析由单层塔板、单段填料上升到全塔的范畴,进行精馏塔瓶颈分析、塔板/填料匹配设计十分容易、便利,是最简单的精馏塔瓶颈分析方法。

【Abstract】 Some new considerations and developments on the Performance Diagram of Trays (PDT) are briefly described. Various new thoughts of constructing PDT were put forward in which the operating restrictions of distillation operation are based on utmost hydraulic limitations and mass transfer restrictions. The former is a necessary condition for normal hydraulic operations inside distillation column, and the later belonged to a sufficient condition for high mass transfer efficiency guaranteed. Thus, the effects of various limitations or restrictions of trays on the distillation column operations are clearly defined and reliably judged. The new conception and analytical method based on the Feasible & Stable Range (FSR) is firstly presented for the case of frequent variations of feedstock conditions. The suitable X/Y coordinates of the PDT are also purposed. The packing column performance diagram (PDP) is present firstly in which the equilibrium stage is applied to desert the packing bed. The PDP is different essentially from performance diagram of packing bed in the literature. Based on all of this, The new Whole Column Performance Diagram(WCPD) was put forward by which it is easy and convenient to make the operation analysis and bottleneck analysis of distillation column, and to size the complex distillation column that it contains any types of packing and tray as well as their hybrid.
