DHM型磨机的特性及其加工矿物质超细粉的试验研究

【摘要】 分析了高性能混凝土中矿物质超细粉加工设备与工艺的技术要求,介绍了DHM型磨机的特性及其加工天然沸石、矿渣和粉煤灰超细粉的试验研究。DHM-160型磨机可将天然沸石和矿渣粉磨至-0.038mm含量90%的细度,可将粉煤灰磨至 -0.038mm含量99%的细度,产品中-10μm含量达45%以上。直接磨矿产品满足HPC的要求,且加工能耗大大低于传统设备。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the technical requirement of equipment and technology of processing mineral superfine powder used in high performance concrete(HPC) is analyzed. Characters of DHM grinder and test of processing of natural zeolite, slag and fly ash by DHM -160 grinder are introduced. The content of particles having diameter -0.038mm in the superfine powder of zeolite and flag is 90 percent, that of fly ash is 99 percent. The content of particles having diameter -0.010mm in three superfine powders are all more than 45 percent. Superfine powder produced by DHM grinder can meet the requirement of HPC, and its processing cost is lower than contention equipment.
