赖氨酸-胆酸偶联物的合成及其与PLA纳米微球的表面复合

【摘要】 本文合成了赖氨酸-胆酸偶联物(LS-CA),并对其进行了1HNMR和质谱表征,证明了所合成的产物与我们的分子设计相一致。LS-CA具有双亲性,与PLA纳米微球进行表面复合,可使微球稳定分散于水相中而不发生聚集,而且表面富含氨基;采用XPS,Zeta电位仪,DLS,SEM对表面复合后的微球进行表征,结果表明LS-CA能稳定存在于PLA微球表面,所形成的复合体成球形,粒径在100-200nm之间。
【Abstract】 Lysine-Cholic acid conjugate ( LS-CA) was synthesized and characterized by 1HNMR and MS. The results showed that the product was consistent with the structure of the desined molecule. PLA nanoparticles which surfacely blended with amphiphilic LS-CA could stably disperse in the water without aggregation and were rich in amino groups on their surface. The modified nanoparticles were characterized by XPS, Zeta potential instrument, DLS and SEM. The results indicated that LS-CA could stably exist on the surface of PLA nanoparticles and the complexes were still sphere in morphology and 100-200nm in size.
