ZrB2掺杂石墨烧蚀性能及其机理的研究

【摘要】 本文采用热压法制备ZrB2/C复合材料,利用等离子体烧蚀考察材料的质量烧蚀速率和线烧蚀速率,采用扫描电镜和X射线能谱分析材料的微观结构及物相变化。研究结果表明:和相同工艺制备的纯石墨材料相比,ZrB2的引入降低了材料等离子体质量和线烧蚀速率,加入量越大,烧蚀速率越低;在烧蚀过程中,液态锆覆盖在材料表面,抑制碳的升华和与氮的反应,提高材料的抗烧蚀性能,展示了这种材料作为超高温耐烧蚀材料的良好前景。

【Abstract】 The mass and linear ablation rates of ZrB2/C composites prepared by hot-pressing method were tested with plasma ablation. The microstructure and phase transformation of the composites were characterized by SEM and EDS analysis. Results showed that the values of mass and linear ablation rates were lower in the composites than those measured for pure carbon, decreasing with increasing ZrB2 content. During ablation the molten zirconium was covered on substrate, which reduced the reaction of carbon with nitrogen and sublimation of carbon. The addition of ZrB2 significantly improved the ablation resistance of carbon-based composites, confirming that these materials were promising for ultra high temperature materials.
