永磁直线同步电机的非正弦磁场数学模型

【摘要】 电机传动系统大都采用变频器供电,输出的是非正弦电压、电流,其在电机中产生非正弦磁场。本文初步建立了永磁直线同步电机(x,y,t)时空三维非正弦电磁场的数学模型。模型在空间上采用体电流密度等效初次级激励场源, 充分解决了直线电机的结构开断、边端效应等问题,在时间上考虑了非正弦供电的情况。最后运用傅立叶变换对该模型进行解析计算,其计算结果和实验结果吻合。
【Abstract】 The motor drive system almost all use inverter supply power, which output non-sinusoidal voltage-current and produce non-sinusoidal electromagnetic field. This paper elementarily presents space-time three-dimensional electromagnetic field modal of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor (PMLSM) based on sinusoidal electromagnetic field. The modal adopt volume-current density to equal the actual excitation field sources, it sufficiently considers the end effect, half-filled slot and harmonics which caused by the armature and the permanent magnet on their structure; and also considers PMLSM which supplied by non-sinusoidal power. Finally, this paper uses FFT to calculate the electromagnetic field.
