海拔对青藏高原披碱草属植物繁殖性状变异的影响

【摘要】 以披碱草属(Elymus L.)植物重要的四倍体昆仑披碱草(Elymus burchan-buddae Tzvelev)和六倍体垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans Griseb)为模式材料,小地理尺度上对青海南部高原地区五个海拔梯度区(3200-3540 m、2800-2940m、3650-4040m、 3410-3570m、3060-3320m、3180-3380m)40个种群的形态学以及繁殖性状变异进行统计学分析。结果表明:披碱草属植物形态学变异随海拔变化分化为低海拔、高海拔、中海拔种群三个组,其中穗重变异程度最大。繁殖性状与海拔回归分析表明: 在黑土山区海拔与小穗长、芒长等繁殖性状符合二次曲线模型,繁殖性状的极大、极小值出现在中海拔区,然而在军功山区海拔与繁殖性状呈现复合函数模型。因此我们推测披碱草属植物在大地理尺度上存在很多小的进化单元。

【Abstract】 With tetraploid Elymus burchan and hexaploid Elymus nutans as model species, variations were evaluated for morphologically reproductive traits within and among 40 populations from different altitude of five regions of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau at a small scale using a statistical method. Our sampling sites were divided into five different altitude groups which were 3200-3540 m, 2800-2940 m, 3650-4040 m, 3410-3570 m, 3060-3320 m, 3180-3380 m. The results indicated the highest variation was spike weight. Cluster analysis indicated populations separated into high altitude, low altitude, middle altitude populations, with varying altitude. The result of regression analysis between reproductive characters and altitude was influenced by altitude. The relationships between altitude and grains per spike, awn length, and so on, were best fitted to the quadratic model and the highest or lowest values occurred in middle of altitude in Heitu Mountain. This phenomenon was best interpreted in form of compound model in Jungong district. So we postulate that there were many units in large geographic scale to evolve.
