不同秋眠类型苜蓿品种的生产性能研究

【摘要】 苜蓿的秋眠性和其再生性、秋季的产量等生产性能密切相关。本试验通过对42个秋眠级为2~9级的紫花苜蓿品种4个生产年的研究,探讨了不同秋眠级苜蓿生产性能的差异。结果如下:(1)各秋眠级苜蓿的干物质产量均呈现出第4年≈第3年>第1年>第2年的趋势,其中第2生长年(2003年)天气温度较低和降雨过量为直接原因;(2) 在郑州地区,4、2秋眠级苜蓿干物质产量显著高于非秋眠品种,其余秋眠或半秋眠苜蓿产量也程度不同地高于非秋眠苜蓿,为该地区栽培选择品种提供了科学依据;(3)每年第1茬产量最高,依次为第2、3、4茬,第5茬产量最低,提示无论何种秋眠级品种,提高产量的重点在于春季和早夏前三茬苜蓿的生产;(4)秋眠级和年干物质产量、CP含量负相关,因此郑州地区非秋眠品种不应被作为主要选择对象。(5)由于苜蓿的株高与叶茎比和粗蛋白质含量分别呈显著(P <0.05)和极显著(P<0.01),叶茎比和CP含量呈正相关,和CF含量极显著负相关(P<0.01),因此在苜蓿的育种和引种工作中,我们可以通过在田问测定植株高度预测苜蓿的质量,通过叶茎比(LSR)预测CP和CF含量。

【Abstract】 Fall dormancy (FD) in alfalfa was related to several traits of production performance including regrowth, yield and plant height in autumn. The objectives of this research were to evaluate variability for agronomical traits among 42 alfalfa cultivars of different fall dormancy classes ranging from 2 to 9 in Zhengzhou, China. The results showed: (1) The dry matter yields of 42 cultivars in 2004 and 2005 were higher than that in 2002, and the yields in 2002 were higher than that in 2003, due to the colder and wetter condition in 2003; (2) the dry matter yields of alfalfa in fall dormancy and semi fall dormancy were higher than that non fall dormancy, which provided a scientific base for choosing varieties in cultivation; (3) Cutting times had a significant effect on dry matter herbage yield, with the highest yield in the first cut and the lowest in the fifth.each year, and the management of alfalfa in the first 3 cuttings in the spring and early summer should be paid attention to for the higher alfalfa yield; (4) the non fall dormancy alfalfa should not be selected in Zhengzhou, because FD classes had extremely significant negative correlation with CP content and DM yield (P<0.01); (5) alfalfa quality could be predicted by plant height because there was significant negative correlation (P<0.01) between CP content and plant height, and CP and CF contents in alfalfa could be also predicted by the so non-fall dormancy cultivars should not be chosen in Zhengzhou introducing cultivars programs. (4) In (5) ratio of stem and leaf since it has a significant positive or negative correlation with CP or CF(P<0.01).
