油藏注采系统有效性初探

【摘要】 传统的油藏工程没有对注采系统的有效性进行分析。而在低渗透油藏中,由于渗透率低,注、采难度大, 需要判断注采系统的有效性。本文从渗流力学基本理论和油藏工程方法出发,分析了注采井的稳态和非稳态压力分布,以及压力在地层中的传播。得到了判断注采系统有效性的三个指标,即注水井注入能力有效性指标、采油井压力有效性指标和注入压力见效时间指标。通过指标分析,可以判断油藏开发中注采系统的有效性,并且可以指导油田进行油井措施,提高注采系统的有效性。本文的研究工作对于低渗透油藏的开发具有指导价值。

【Abstract】 The injection and production system is that one part of wells to input water into oil zones and the other part of wells to produce oil from oil zones at water flooding stage of reservoir development in which production needs inject water to supple the pressure of oil zones. For the petroleum development, there are some theories to analyze the oil production, the ratios of water to oil with the time elapsed, but there is still not the method to estimate the validity of injection and production system. The reason is that the injection and production system is always valid for the middle and high permeability reservoirs. But for the reservoir with low permeability porous media, the case is often not so, and the method which is not considered before is need to estimate the validity of injection and production system of oil reservoirs, because that the water injection becomes more difficult and need more pressure drop for same production in low permeability reservoirs. Based on the theory of flow in porous media and petroleum engineering concept, the steady flow and transient flow of a idea injection and production system are analyzed, and three criterions is derived to estimate the validity of the injection and production system including the injection capability criterion, the production pressure drop criterion and transport time criterion of injection pressure. Finally, an example application is given to show how to estimate the validity of injection and production. The estimate of validity of injection and production system can help to devise the development of oil field, especially for reservoirs with low permeability porous media, and instruct oil field to adopt relevant works to improve the validity of injection and production system.
