【摘要】 目的合成寻找联苯乙酸的简便方法。方法以苯硼酸和对溴苯乙酮及吗啉为基本原料经Suzuki偶合、吗啉反应成硫代酰胺,后经皂化、水解得到联苯乙酸。结果得到了目标化合物。结论原料易得,反应条件温和,总收率40%,是合成联苯乙酸的较为理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To find a convenient and practical method for synthesis of Felbinac METHODS The target compound was synthesized via 2 steps starting from phenylboronic acid with p-bromophenylacetone. RESULTS Felbinac was obtained in moderate yield(40%). CONCLUSION The method is a practical approach for synthesis of Felbinac.更多还原
