【摘要】 目的筛选胡芦巴炮制最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验并利用高效液相法对不同炮制程度的胡芦巴进行胡芦巴碱和薯蓣皂苷元含量测定。结果筛选出了在实验室条件下的最佳工艺A2B3C1。结论本实验对研究盐胡芦巴的炮制工艺有一定意义,正交试验应用于工艺筛选有效可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE In order to obtain optimum condition. METHODS orthogonal test and HPLC were carried out to determine the trigonelline and contents of Trigonella foenum-gracum L. by the different means of process. RESULTS The A2B2C1 is the optimum condition. CONCLUSION The research is meaningful to standardization of stir-bake with saltwater on Trigonella foenum-gracum L., and it is feasible to study the progress techniques by the orthogonal test.更多还原
