【摘要】 目的为使用他克莫司的肝移植患者制定有效的治疗窗浓度。方法用酶联免疫法测定全血他克莫司谷浓度,并对他克莫司谷浓度的监测结果进行回顾性分析。结果他克莫司治疗窗浓度范围为:第1个月内为10-17ng/ml,第2-3个月为9-11ng/ml,4-12个月为5-8ng/ml。结论此浓度既能达到满意的免疫抑制效果,又能减少他克莫司的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To find out the valid window concentration of tacrolimus in Chinese liver transplant recipients. METHODS The whole blood concentrations of tacrolimus were measured by ELISA. The levels of tacrolimus in samples were compared and studied. RESULTS The blood FK506 trough level was 10-17ng/ml within the first month,9-11ng/ml from the second to third month ,5-8ng/ml from the fourth to the twelvth month.CONCLUSTONS This range of therapeutic window concentration of FK506 trough levels was ideal for Chinese liver transplant recipients with less rejection and toxic effects.更多还原
