脑脉通不同提取工艺中化学成分变化的研究

【摘要】 目的:比较脑脉通不同提取工艺对葛根素、蒽醌类化合物的含量变化.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,选用Hypersil ODS2 C18柱,流动相分别以甲醇-水(30∶70),在250nm波长测定葛根素;甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(80∶20)在254nm波长测定大黄五个苷元.结果:乙醇提取工艺中有效成分的提取率优于水煎煮提取.结论:中药复方提取过程中存在动态变化,应根据化学成分不同的理化性质对样品进行适宜的处理.
【Abstract】 Objective: Compare contents variation of puerarin and anthraquinones by different extraction process. Methods: Use RP-HPLC, Hypersil ODS2 C18 column,the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water (30:70),the wavelength of detecting puerarin was 250nm,detecting five genins in R.officinale was 254nm. Results: The transferring rate of effective contents extracted by alcohol process was higher than water process. Conclusion: There are dynamic variations in the extraction process of Chinese medicine mixture. Handling samples appropriately should be according to different physichemical attribute of chemical contents.
