【摘要】 目的对不同产地,不同品种及规格的桑白皮中的桑辛素进行含量测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法分析,Alltima C18色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(62:38),检测波长270nm。结果未经除去黄棕色外皮的桑白皮样品与除去外部黄棕色外皮的样品中桑辛素含量差异明显,样品中的桑辛素主要存在于桑白皮的黄棕色外皮中。同时桑白皮样品的厚度与桑辛素含量有关。结论本方法简便,稳定,为桑白皮质量控制提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of morusin in Sangbaipi Cortex Mori) from different regions, commercial grades and species. METHODS Contents of morusin were determined by HPLC on an Alltima C18 column (4.6×250 mm,5μm) with acetonitrile-water (62:38) as mobile phase. UV detection was conducted at 270 nm. RESULTS The amounts of morusin were different in Cortex Mori samples bearing yellow-brown outer layer and those without the yellow-brown cork layer. The amount was also related to the thickness of Cortex Mori. CONCLUSION The method was simple, reproducible and reliable. It can be applied to the quality assessment of Cortex Mori.更多还原
