【摘要】 目的:制备仙人掌消痤凝胶并研究其质量标准。方法:以卡波姆为基质,三乙醇胺为中和剂,制备凝胶,加入仙人掌鲜汁、烟酰胺等即得仙人掌消痤凝胶;研究仙人掌消痤凝胶的性状及酸碱度,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定仙人掌多糖的含量,检测波长485nm。结果:仙人掌消痤凝胶细腻、透明、稳定性好、含量测定方法简单易行,多糖在9.976～99.76μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.998,平均加样回收率99.5%,RSD为2.14%(n=6)。结论:仙人掌消痤凝胶配方合理,建立的仙人掌多糖的含量测定方法,能有效控制本品质量,具有较好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To preparation of cholla stem xiaocuo gel and and study its quality specification standards . Methods: To preparation of gel , Carbomer was used as base , and Triethanolamine as neutralizer, the fresh extract of cholla stem and niacinamide etc were added to the gel . Its trait and acid-alkali were studied , and the contents of total polysaccharides were determined by phenol – sulferic acid method , the detection wavelength was 485 nm . Results: The gel was homogenous transparent and stable , the standard curve of polysaccharide was linear in the range of 9.976 ～ 99.776μg . The correlation coefficient was 0. 998 . The average recovery and RSD were 99.5 % and 2.14 % ( n = 6) respectively. Conclusion: The formulation of the gel is reasonable , the results obtained showed that it’s a reliable and accurate and reproducibility method for the quality control of cholla stem xiaocuo gel , the gel could find a potential application in treatment of acne .更多还原
