葛根黄酮微丸抗氧化效应动力学研究

【摘要】 目的抗氧化效应法研究了葛根黄酮微丸与愈风宁心片大鼠体内动力学过程。方法采用荧光分光光度法测定大鼠灌服两种制剂后血浆抗氧化能力的强弱,计算出大鼠体内的药动学参数。结果大鼠灌服两种制剂后,葛根黄酮微丸抗氧化效应明显提高,计算所得的有效组分浓度动力学显示葛根黄酮微丸制剂较愈风宁心片提高到3.7倍,结果与血药浓度法一致。结论葛根黄酮微丸制剂较愈风宁心片明显提高有效组分的生物利用度。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE study on the Pharmacokinetics of Puerariae Flavonoids pellets and Yufengningxin tablets in rats with the method anti-oxidant. METHODS Anti-oxidant power of rat plasma was measured with fluorospectrophotometry .Pharmacokinetics of components were calculated. RESULTS The anti-oxidant power of Rat plasma after oral dose Puerariae Flavonoids pellets obviously enhanced than Yufengningxin tablets. Bioavailability calculated indicated that bioavailability of components was 3.7 times higher than Yufengningxin tablets. CONCLUSIONS Puerariae Flavonoids pellets enhance the bioavailability of components contained compared with Yufengningxin tablets.
