【摘要】 目的:建立测定姜赤凝胶剂中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:使用日本岛津LC-90A液相色谱仪,LC-10AD泵,SPD-10A紫外检测器,CLC-ODS色谱柱(5μm,150mm×60mm);流动相:甲醇-水(45:55),流速:1mL.min-1,柱温250C,检测波长:230nm。结果:该方法测定芍药苷在0.08—0.8μg范围内线形关系良好(r=0.9996)。芍药苷的平均回收率为100.61%,测定结果的RSD为0.89%(n=6)。结论:该测定方法简单、精密度高、重现性好,是测定姜赤凝胶剂中芍药苷含量的可行方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determinating Paeoniflorin in Jiangchi gel by HPLC. METHOD: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: CLC-ODS column(5μm,150mm×60mm)used as the stationary phase, and methanol-water (45:55) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1,and the detect wavelength 230nm.RESCULTS:A good linearity was obtained within the range of 0.08～0.8μg of Paeoniflorin (r=0.9996). The average recovery of Paeoniflorin was 100.61%(n=6,RSD=0.89%). CONCLUSION:This method is simple,rapid,and accurate which can be used to determine Paeoniflorin contents in Jiangchi gel.更多还原
