【摘要】 目的:制备复方芦荟软膏并对其质量进行控制。方法:采用水包油乳膏基质配制。用紫外分光光度法测定芦荟苷、维生素E的含量。结果:芦荟苷、维生素E含量测定中,吸收度与芦荟苷、维生素E的浓度呈良好线性关系。结论:该制剂配伍合理,对皮肤无刺激性,质量可控,适合医院推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To prepare the compound aloe cream, whose quality was controlled. Method: The compound aloe cream was prepare by O/W cream .The content of aloin and vitamin E were determined by UV spectrophotometric method .Result: in the determination of aloin and vitamin E content , the absorbency had good linear with the content of compound aloe cream . Conclusion : This preparation possesses such advantange as reasonable prescription , no stimulation to skin ,easy control of the quality ,it adapts to make the hosppiital preparation.更多还原
