【摘要】 目的讨论复方蜂胶乳膏的制备方法及含量测定。方法选择适宜的基质制成O/W型乳膏;以芦丁为检测指标,用紫外分光光度法测定乳膏中总黄酮的含量。结果所选用基质合理,质量稳定,芦丁检测浓度线性范围7.92μg/ml-47.52μg/ml(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.35%。结论:本制剂制备工艺合理,含量测定方法简便、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJ ECTIVE : To prepare compound propolis cream and to establish its quality control method . METHODS : Appropriate base was selected to prepared the o/w type creams ; the rutin as the evaluating index and the content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry and its stabilit y was reviewed as well. RESULTS : The selected base was suitable ,the quality was stable .The linear range of rudin was 7.92μg/ml-47.52μg/ml ( r =0.9 997), and the average recovery was 98.35 %. CONCLUSION : The preparation procedure for compound propolis cream is feasible , and the quality control method is simple and feasibe.更多还原
