【摘要】 目的研究多烯紫杉醇脂质体(DTX-Ls)的体外释放特性。方法将DTX-Ls用0.05% Tween80-PBS或胎牛血清(FCS)稀释至适量浓度,包扎于透析袋内,外放释放介质0.05% Tween80-PBS,分别于取样时间点取出透析袋,测定袋内剩余药物,通过残余法求出释放百分率。并通过不更换介质和多次更换介质来控制漏槽条件的形成,从而达到在漏槽和非漏槽两种条件下的体外释放。结果在同是漏槽和非漏槽条件下,DTX药物脂质体在两种介质中的释放特性相近,而对于同一种释放介质,是否漏槽则影响较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the in vitro releasing characteristics of docetaxel liposomes. Methods DTX-Ls was put into bag filter, with 0.05% Tween80-PBS and fetal calf serum(FCS) outside, and the bag filter was put out at different time. The DTX content was determined, and the release percent is that the total content minus the remained content in the bag filter. The releasing rate was done on the sink condition or no-sink condition, by changing the media in different time. Results On the same condition of no-sink or under sink, DTX-Ls have the similar releasing curve. While the curves had significant difference on sink condition from no-sink condition.更多还原
