【Abstract】 Form Ⅱof clarithromycin was easily obtained by the process that the salt of clarithromycin with citric acid or tartaric acid was neutralized in ethonal-water, acetone-water, and isopropanol-water followed by drying at 60℃ and on normal pressure, which circumvent the condition of vacuum and higher temperature reported in the literature.
