【摘要】 目的研究非离子型X线造影剂碘佛醇的合成方法。方法该化合物以5-氨基-N,N’-双(2,3-二羟丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-苯二甲酰胺为原料,经氯酰化、氮烷基化和水解反应,最后经丙二醇单甲醚重结晶等步骤制备而成。结果合成产物经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱等鉴定与碘佛醇结构一致。结论该方法操作简便,适合工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To research the synthetic method of Ioversol,a non-ionic x-ray contrast agent.METHODS Ioversol was synthesized by steps of choloracetylation,alkylation,dechlorination and recrystallization from 5-amino-N,N’-bis(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2,4,6-triiodoisophthalamide. RESULTS That the structure of the product obtained by the process was confirmed by element analysis,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS(FAB). CONCLUSION A simple and convenient method for synthesis of Ioversol is provided and it is suitable for pharmaceutical industry.更多还原
