新型厂用电快速切换装置设计
The Design of a New Quick Power-supply-switching Device

【摘要】 通过对发电厂厂用电切换过程进行分析,提出一种新的厂用电快切原理,并同步研发出新型快切装置。该装置在启用新原理的同时,采用TMS320F2812DSP芯片核心处理器,切换过程快速、灵活:测量、控制、显示、录波功能完备;易操作、免维护。在配备了RS485和CAN通讯接口的基础上,加装了USB2.0接口,使录波数据的采集和分析更加方便。最后指出在实际应用中影响切换的一些重要因素。目前,新装置已在实际应用中得到肯定。
【Abstract】 Based on the study of the power-supply-switching process. A new quick power-supply-switching theory is presented. At the same time, we develop a new type quick power-supply-switching device. The device equipped with a TMS320F2812DSP chip, which makes transfer more quickly and smoothly. The functions of measuring, control, display and waveform record are perfect. The device is easily operated and exempt from maintenance. Not only equipped with RS485 and CAN interface, but also equipped with USB2.0 port. We can get datum easily through this port. Many important influence factors are pointed out. Now, the new device is proved by practice.
