【Abstract】 This paper introduces network simulation software NS(Network Simulator)into Computer Network curriculum.We will briefly introduce the network simulation software NS(Network Simulator),and analyze the excellence of using the network simulation software NS on teachings.It has been considered that the use of NS on the computer network teaching and experiment has the properties of economy,convenience,specificity and repeatable.The students can be easier to learn network protocols and algorithm and understand the complex behaviors by watching the cartoon of network procedure and the analysis of network results.In addition,we use a specific example to illustrate how to use NS in computer network teaching and experiment,and get the conclusion that NS will play a significant role in college teaching.更多还原
