【Abstract】 Cefotetan disodium is obtained and semi-synthesized from the penicillin perilimbic cephalosporin.On the contrary of the unstable structure of penicillinum,there exists conjugation between the double bond of hydrogenated thiazin circellus and the electron-pair of azote atom of the β-lactam circellus,which makes the β-lactam circellus relatively stable.The chemical structural formula of cefotetan disodium is showed as Fig.1.Up to now,there is rarely report of the co-assignment to the ¹H-NMR and the ¹³C-NMR data.On the basis of the spectral datum from DEPT,COSY,HMQC and HMBC,we made co-assignment to the ¹H-NMR and ¹³C-NMR spectra of cefotetan disodium（see Tab.1 and Tab.2）,which provides vital proof to the synthetic research with same kind of medicine.Due to the special structure of cefotetan disodium（parts of the structure is almost on the same plane）,if dissolved with DMSO,several quarter carbon signals show different degree of splitting in ¹³C-NMR spectra.On the contrary,satisfying signal can be obtained if with D₂O as sovenlt.This article provides NMR datum from two different solvents, which is useful to the NMR determination of other compounds whose structures are close to each other.更多还原
