固体核磁共振研究含硼TON型沸石的固相转变过程

【摘要】 <正>TON 型沸石的骨架拓扑结构由5,6和10-元氧环组成.10-元氧环开口的一维椭圆直孔道沿 c-轴方向延伸,直径为0.45×0.55nm,它有很高的热稳定性(超过1073K)。由于其孔道结构的特殊性,这类沸石已报道用于甲苯与甲醇烷基化反应制对二甲苯,二甲苯异构化, 丁烯异构化制异丁烯等的研究.本文以固体磨角旋转核磁共振为主要手段,研究了多孔玻
【Abstract】 In this article,the solid-phase transformation process of porous glass granules to boron.containing TON-type zeolite in a vapor phase of methylamine and water were studied using 11B,27Al and 29Si MAS NMR techniques.The results are as follows:11B MAS NMR spectra confirm that there are two different coordination states of boron atoms in the initial porous glass granules.They are trigonal BO3 groups and tetrahedrally coordinated BO4 groups on network.The number of these groups gradually decreases with the progress of reaction and finally disappears.B atoms have been incorporated into the zeolite framework.27Al MAS NMR.spectra conform that there are only tetrahedrally coordinated aluminium atoms in the initial porous glass granules,and the chemical environments around AI atoms are complicated.The tetrahedrally coordinated Al atoms on network are progressively incorporated into the framework of zeolite during the process of reaction.29Si MAS NMR.spectra indicate that there are great numbers of silanol groups in the products before reaction for 24 h.These groups gradually decrease and disappear at the end of reaction.Si atoms have been incorporated into the zeolite framework.
