【摘要】 <正>双子表面活性剂是一种新型的表面活性剂。其分子是由联结基团通过化学键连接两个单体的离子头基构成的。由于它的特殊结构,使其具有与对应单体相当不同的特殊性质。我们用~1H NMR 弛豫,自扩散系数和二维 NOESY 研究了季铵盐型双子表面活性剂
【Abstract】 Gemini surfactant is a new kind of surfactant.The molecule is made up of two amphiphilic moieties covalently connected at the level of the head group by a spacer group.Because of its special structure,Gemini surfactant has some special properties considerably different to those of their monomeric homologues.In this paper conformation of Gemini 16-4-16 in heavy water solutions was studied by H NMR relaxation,self-diffusion coefficients,2D NOESY.In forming micelles,the protons of the spacer group and a part of hydrophobic protons next to the polar head group,are involved in the surface layer of the micelles core.The hydrophobic protons away from the polar head group are situated internal in the miceilar core.The motion of the micelles are relatively more restricted than their monomeric homologue CTAB.The molecules of Gemini surfactant 16-4-16 pack more densely.2D NOESY experiments show strong cross peaks between the protons of the spacer group and a part of hydrophobic protons next to the polar head group. This indicates that the molecules pack more densely in this position.
